Microsoft took my Game Pass game away so I bought it on PS5.
Played a couple of hours on PS5 Pro and it’s way better than it was when i played it on Xbox at launch.
I recall A-Life being completely disabled and constant spawning enemies lol.
The dynamic gameplay between NPCs and mutants is far superior now.
Seeing all the Stalkers loot the dead was pretty great and they left none for me lol.
Looking forward to further improvements and more content with this one!

my biggest issue with the game.
Was wondering if it's finally in a playable state. This bullshit spawning system is a deal breaker for me so I guess I'll check back in February. Thanks for the heads up

My 0.02 on the next small change with big results to make the game less shitty? Implement the CoP stalker squad guides. Sure, have them charge you higher prices than bases, but it will help a LOT for some of the most remote areas (lower left on the map for example).

I'm loving it. I've been playing it on and off for a year but over the last couple of months, I've really jumped in. Look out for Ultra Plus mod. Installed via the Mod Manager. That's a good one.

What do you mean original S.T.A.L.K.E.R. thread? There are three for each of the main games, maybe you're the poser here?
I did start Anomaly and got a couple hours in but other stuff got in between.
Only a poser doesn't know that usually only the stalker SoC thread is bumped, sometimes by yours truly
Anomaly, its modpacks and even Radiophobia 3 are one of the main reasons why I'm looking to upgrade my GPU, since on some cases the 8GB VRAM isn't enough.

Could just be a bug and rare too, so they didn't find it yet, but idk, i do not play the game.
What can't be too difficult to implement is having the quest givers be able to give you more than one task to to at a time, with a few days of cooldown on top until you can take another one. Hell, there were mods after a few weeks that corrected that
Also the mission with a guy that needs an artifact detector, and if you only have one then you have to give him that one or fail the mission; I even loaded an older save near him but before interacting with him, made it all the way back to the ward base and when I returned he was just gone
Some of the design choices on the game are just stupid, but they seem to be open to correcting them. Thing is, there are three games before this one that have a blueprint on how to do most of these things the right way.

People already tried this at release... it does not work like you think it should.
