Don't want to nerd rage too much but they've already changed stuff from FO:NV
Spoiler:
They turned the dinosaur around the other way. Not a big change by itself right? Thing is, that dinosaur was part of a quest in which you'd mark someone from the town to be shot by the guy inside the dinosaur head, which now would mean that the guy would have shot someone in the middle of the town or at least in the middle of the motel courtyard
Wonder what else will be "improved"

That didn't bother me at all. I'm easily pleased though. Just seeing that dino and the letters no vac made me a little giddy. We didn't see enough to get a really good look of novac though. It doesn't really matter (to me).
As for what I thought about S2E1:
first time watching: I loved it loved it loved it. The locations, the easter eggs, the balls to not back off the visceral stuff etc. 9.2/10
second time: it's still good but it's not mind blowing, it's setting up the storylines for the rest of the season.. so yeah.. 8/10.
That's usually how it goes for me when I watch these things: first watch I tend to wear my rose-tinted glasses. Second watch I'm back on planet earth.
One of many problema with this show is that almost none of the characters are real people. 99% are charicatures, parodies. As I recollect only Lucy's brother is kinda normal and to a point the Ghoul.
sar·casm | \ ˈsär-ˌka-zəm \
1: a sharp and often satirical or ironic utterance designed to cut or give pain
2a: a mode of satirical wit depending for its effect on bitter, caustic, and often ironic language that is usually directed against an individual
b: the use or language of sarcasm
