Don't want to nerd rage too much but they've already changed stuff from FO:NV
Spoiler:
They turned the dinosaur around the other way. Not a big change by itself right? Thing is, that dinosaur was part of a quest in which you'd mark someone from the town to be shot by the guy inside the dinosaur head, which now would mean that the guy would have shot someone in the middle of the town or at least in the middle of the motel courtyard
Wonder what else will be "improved"

That didn't bother me at all. I'm easily pleased though. Just seeing that dino and the letters no vac made me a little giddy. We didn't see enough to get a really good look of novac though. It doesn't really matter (to me).
As for what I thought about S2E1:
first time watching: I loved it loved it loved it. The locations, the easter eggs, the balls to not back off the visceral stuff etc. 9.2/10
second time: it's still good but it's not mind blowing, it's setting up the storylines for the rest of the season.. so yeah.. 8/10.
That's usually how it goes for me when I watch these things: first watch I tend to wear my rose-tinted glasses. Second watch I'm back on planet earth.
One of many problema with this show is that almost none of the characters are real people. 99% are charicatures, parodies. As I recollect only Lucy's brother is kinda normal and to a point the Ghoul.

Thats because they are actors
shitloads of new stuff in my pc. Cant keep track of it all.
This episode (3) was more coherent and interesting than the previous two episodes. It doesn't have the action or gore that the last two episodes had but it's more interesting and story-driven. The editing is better as well.
As with the previous season and the currently released episodes they're true to the lore, esp. the New Vegas lore.
I liked this episode more than the two previous episodes even though I thoroughly enjoyed them as well.
Btw, I read that while they're working on Fallout 5 (pre-production most likely) it won't be released until 2030 at the earliest. Meh. Half of the humpers may be dead by then. After all, many of us are turning into old farts (some have already become one.. I'll let you guess/decide who they are ). I don't really have any expectations other than it being a crap fest. The Bethesda we knew (up until Skyrim or possibly FO4) is long gone.
Not sure if serious. Five minutes into Legion and I was destroyed intellectually. It's Idiocracy: Fallout, every word spoken in this show is like glass scratching my brain.

It's pretty similar to the dialogue in New Vegas. Not too serious or "eloquent". The Fallout games (esp. FO3, FO:NV and FO4) are infused with silly and funny events and dialogue. The show follows the same formula. In this case season 2 is obviously taking place in the New Vegas world.
Maybe I'm just a simpleton who enjoy low-level dialogue with a lack of intellectualism.
