I always am uploading in excess of 400KB/s but because alot of people download much faster then they upload, my download speeds are crap. Your download speed : 9271321 bps, or 9054 kbps.
 A 1131.7 KB/sec transfer rate.
Your upload speed : 945775 bps, or 923 kbps.

 Cablevision's Optimum Online

Although they did throttle down their newsgroup server quite a bit since I've been with them. Used to DL a movie in about two hours off of their server when I first signed with them a few years ago. Now it's like four or more hours. That really has me annoyed cause that's where I need to use the speed they're advertising, the speed that I get, the most.

Optimum online would be good if they werent into port blocking and capping your upload speed if ya upload too much.
