This game is quite confusing and muddled. In order to switch households you have to delve into the menu screen, and finding places on the map (when you are using your car for example) is pretty laborious unless you know what each lot is off-hand. Otherwise you have to hover over each little house label and hope you find what you're looking for. I didn't, where do you take classes for painting for example? Relationships are also ridiculously easy to improve. Created a loner who is afraid of people, and altogether a complete mental wreck and he can still bed any woman he wants (if only real life were so simple )
Other than stuff like that, which I can cope with, the game is awesome. The living breathing, and non-compartmentalised world is a breath of fresh air for a sims player. I also haven't experienced any crashes, or any stuttering.

Tickle, then change diapers, then feed, then put back in her fucking cage.
If you're lucky, the needs will almost remain synched so you can ignore the bitch most of the day. LOL
As for online dating, yes.
If you choose "Chat with someone", your sim will find a random person to chat with, then later on you can choose "Chat with ..." and select that one again, eventually you'll get enough relationship points to invite them over, and there ya go

Well as for the map thing. You take classes at the school (i dont know what its called), its somewhere below the middle park. And you learn where places are after a while, blue icons are stores/jobs/shit.
Or you can just scroll the camera until you reach the place, and walk your sim all the way there if you dont want to use the map.
Also remember, you can do stuff at job sites, such as getting plastic surgery at the hospital and stuff..
So even if the place is labeled as a job-site, check it out even if you dont work there, you'll be able to do all kida stuff.
As for the loner who can still get any woman in bed he wants.. Well if a loner who is afraid of people, would also flirt flirt flirt charm hold hands hug flirt naughty joke hug first kiss make out flirt wohoo in real life, i think it'd work for them too ;D
The prob is, loners that are afraid of ppl in real life, dont flirt Try getting in bed with someone ingame without flirting, it aint gonna happen
Holy shit this game is realistic lol

I wonder if you can woohoo with a ghost... Because the wife chatted and flirted with the ghost, had a "first kiss" option, but the husband came to argue with her, and the night was over.

If by "quite a while" you mean 30 seconds, then sure.
Anyway, wife has an affair - with another woman, woohoos with her and asks her to come live with us. The other woman agrees, and they woohoo to celebrate. It took too long, and I forgot to keep the husband away, so he walks right into the woohoo. Now I need to shell cash on another bed, because the idiot won't sleep with the wife in the same bed.

It's not the game at fault. I haven't had a single crash yet, over 9hrs of play, nor save issues either.

I started hitting on my boss again, the one with the husband. And I finally got the option of making her leave him for me. Now I've got this BIG big house on the beach thats worth almost 300,000, and has basically the most expensive version of everything.
it's got 3 bathrooms, 4floors, a Gym, a big freakin' pool and enough furniture to put "Extreme home makeover" to shame. Now i'm thinking about leaving my wife, and keep the place for myself if that works. then i'm going to start a writing career, since I'm already a 'world renound surgeon'.
Like some people have said. If the modding takes off, tools are released or someone makes it moddable then its going to kick some ass this game.

I'm running Win7-x64, so I don't think it's that either. Could be any number of things really, but yeah; try lowering settings and seeing if that still happens.
